Unit Types
We offer two different types of storage units, standard storage units and climate controlled storage units…
Standard Storage Units:
As with all of our storage units, these units are constructed out of concrete. The roofing materials in our Standard Storage Units have also been treated with Pyro-Guard to ensure that each unit is as fire resistant as possible.
Available Standard Storage Unit Sizes:
- 5’x10′
- 10’x10′
- 10’x20′
Climate-Controlled Storage Units:
Our climate-controlled storage units have the benefit of maintaining a set temperature range. These units are also equipped with a power supply.* Additionally, unlike the standard units, they have also been constructed completely from concrete and steel. This means that no combustible materials are used in the construction of these units. Even the foam insulation used in these units (Icynene) is fire retardant.

Unit Sizes
As noted above, depending on which type of storage unit you choose, there are up to three different sizes available. To help you understand what size you may need, below is a brief breakdown of what might fit into each. Please note that this is for reference only and you may want to see our units before deciding on a size:
5′ x 10′
Available as Standard Storage Units only, this unit is approximately 50sq feet of space and can hold the contents of a single room such as:
- Chairs
- Sofas
- Chest of Drawers
- Lamps
- A Few Boxes
10′ x 10′
Available as both standard & climate controlled units, this unit is approximately 100sq feet and can hold the contents of up to 3 rooms such as:
- Mattress Sets
- Sofas
- Armchairs
- Dining Room Sets
- Multiple Boxes
10′ x 20′
Available as both Standard and Climate-Controlled units, this unit is approximately 200sq feet and can hold the contents of up to 5 rooms such as:
- Mattress Sets
- Sofa Sets
- Refrigerators
- Washers/Dryers
- Many Boxes
